Zumba Fitness is a Latin inspired cardio dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a dance fitness party atmosphere! While many of the rhythms/types of dance or music featured in this program are Latin inspired, classes can also contain everything from Jazz to African Beats and Country to Pop!
This is a huge calorie burner so get ready to sweat and have fun!
Exercises using kit such as kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands and also your own bodyweight for a set period of time. On the buzzer you will move to the next station or exercise. Through the whole session, there will be a mix of exercises and options to cover all elements of fitness, making this session suitable for all and of course there will be some awesome tunes to help keep you motivated throughout!
This low impact, dance fitness class is designed for all levels of fitness. It is perfect for anyone new to exercise, older active adults and anyone with medical conditions or injuries who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the fun original moves you love, at a lower intensity.

So instead of counting reps, you train to the beat, pushing past your limits and burning more calories.
CIRCL Mobility™ is all about release, renew and restore. It helps you release stress, restore your range of motion and renew your ability to move better for longer. You will come away from this class feeling well worked and your muscles stretched and released too.
Currently we have no active Zumba Kids sessions on the timetable. However, Amy can be available for Zumba Kids Parties, subject to availability.
Zumba Kids is perfect for our younger Zumba Fans! Kids 7-11 year old (school years 3-6) get the chance to be active and jam out to their favourite music!
Sessions feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba choreography. The steps are broken down, games are added, activities and cultural exploration elements are also incorporated into the class structure.
Zumba Kids helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of a children's lives by making fitness fun. Class incorporate key childhood development elements like leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination and cultural awareness.
I believe getting fit should also be about having fun. That way you’re more likely to stick to what you’ve started and build it into your everyday routine.
From the age of four I trained as a dancer at Hylton Bromley theatre school and danced every spare minute. Dance and fitness have always been a huge part of my life. After having my three children I discovered a local Zumba class run by Sam Escofet of Escofit and realised I could combine the two and inspire other people. From 2014 I qualified as a Zumba instructor and gained group fitness and personal training qualifications. Since then I've been helping the lovely people of Penarth to get fit.
